The assignment prompts the user to record the ruling.
The default action is "Arbitration Won", which will resolve the dispute as paid. If the ruling is "Lost" (Other Actions > Arbitration Lost), the user is prompted to deny or write-off the dispute

If arbitration is lost and the dispute amount is greater than, or equal to, $5,000, the user may appeal the ruling if they can provide new evidence that was not previously available.
