Case Lock Indicator

Only one user can have a lock on a case at a time. This prevents users from making conflicting changes. The lock icon indicates whether the user has a lock on the case. If the lock is in the open position, no lock is present. If the lock is in the closed position, the user has a lock on the case.

By default, if no action is taken on the case, it will unlock from the user after 30 minutes.
