Responses
Overview
An assignment is generated in the Responses stage when an account holder submits a document or email or requests their case to be re-opened or withdrawn. Responses tasks are also created when an intake user uploads a document or notes the case. The back-office user is prompted to review the message or file and take appropriate action on the claim.
