Provisional Credit Reversed

Description

When one or more transactions in a claim are denied and provisional credit was previously issued, the following content is included in the denial letter.  For Reg E claims, the reversal date is set to TODAY + 5 business days.  For all other claims, the current date is used.

Non Reg E Claims:

The provisional credit that was previously applied to your account in the amount of <Amount> will be removed on <Date>.

Non Reg E Claims w/ Fee Rebill:

The provisional credit that was previously applied to your account will be adjusted. An amount of <Amount> will be reversed on <Date>, along with any credit for fees related to this dispute.

Reg E Claims:

The provisional credit that was previously applied to your account will be adjusted. An amount of <PC Amount> will be reversed on <Debit Date>. You will have full use of the funds until the reversal.

Reg E Claims w/ Fee Rebill:

The provisional credit that was previously applied to your account will be adjusted. An amount of <Amount> will be reversed on <Date>, along with any credit for fees related to this dispute. You will have full use of the funds until the reversal.

Non Reg E Claims:

The provisional credit that was applied to your account in the amount of $397.00 will be reversed on 07/10/2024.

 

Reg E Claims:

The provisional credit that was previously applied to your account will be adjusted. An amount of $397.00 will be reversed on 07/10/2024. You will have full use of the funds until the reversal.
