Details | User can take one of three actions as part of this assignment: Resolve As AbandonedThis action will resolve the claim as withdrawn and includes the option to send the Abandoned Claim letter Submit Incomplete ClaimThis action will submit the incomplete claim and pick up back-office processing, including the potential for autopay. ResumeThis action allows the user to complete the intake questionnaire and finalize claim submission. |

As part of the review, look at the Case Audit for the cancellation reason, free form text response, and disclaimer, if applicable.
Resolve As Abandoned
Click the “Resolve As Abandoned” button
Check the “Resolve case as abandoned?” box
Select a response from the “Should send abandoned case letter” depending if the letter should be sent or not
Click “Apply” then “Process Actions”
Submit Incomplete Claim
Open the Other Actions menu by clicking the ellipses next to the “Resolve As Abandoned” button
Select “Submit Incomplete Claim”
Click “Process Actions”
Resume
Click the “Resume” button in the upper right of the claim page
A pop-up window will ask “Would you like to reopen the item and lose any unsaved changes?”
Click “OK”
You’ll land on the last completed screen of the intake form.
