Overview


If an email is sent and delivery fails due to the limited rate, QFD will attempt one retry 24 hours later. If the retry fails, this assignment is generated.

How-To


Step 1: Click the Email Exchange Failure button

Step 2: Review the failure

Step 3: Click Apply

Step 4: Click Process Actions


QFD will now reattempt the email submission.

 

Other Actions


The Other Actions menu offers additional actions and information that allows the user to effectively work the task. 

 

Manually Send Letter

Prompts the user to follow the Manually Send Letter flow by generating the PDF and mailing it through traditional methods.

 

Cancel Letter

Resolve the workflow by cancelling the letter submission.

 

Mark Assignment As Unworkable

Assignments that cannot be worked due to a technical issue can be marked as unworkable. This action will move the unworkable task to the Unworkable Assignment Group where leadership can review the scenario and take steps to resolve it. 

Technical errors that require the task to be marked as unworkable include QFD not reflecting correct data or when a user takes an action on the task, the action does not process and the assignment loops.
