25.1 Visa Mandates
Overview
The QFD Patch release is compatible with mandate changes for 25.1. Mandate changes will take effect on or after April 12, 2025.
Impact Summary
As a result of our analysis of Visa’s documentation, the following changes have been implemented in the mandates release of QFD.
Intake Changes

Cryptocurrency - Fraud Questionnaire | As part of 24.2 Visa Mandates a new question was added to the Visa Fraud questionnaire to determine if a cardholder participated in a crypto currency/NFT purchase. Visa Chargeback Document Dependency | Resolved an issue where when users updated the recovery reason from a recovery option that required attached documentation to a new recovery option, QFD would prompt the user to attach the documentation required from the previous selected recovery option. Effective immediately, when a new recovery reason is selected from the Review Recovery Reason assignment, the documentation dependency is refreshed to reference documentation requirements only for the newly selected recovery reason. | QPS-11887 |
Currency Code Changes for Curaçao & Sint Maarten | Effective immediately, the domestic currency for Curaçao and Sint Maarten will be updated from ANG/532 (Netherlands Antilles Guilder) to XCG/532 (Caribbean Guilder). | QPS-10944 |
