Administrator
Overview
The Administrator portal provides managers with the ability to maintain business rules, provision users, customize application skins, and perform other administrative activities. This is typically reserved for IT or BA roles that adhere to strict change control processes. Â
Out of The Box Categories
Business
The Business category on the Administrator Portal serves as a place for client branding. The Header Logo section displays the logo provided by the client that will be displayed as the header when opening QFD as well as the logo utilized on letters sent by QFD. The Styling section serves as a tool for clients to configure the look and feel of the application. Users can change colors, spacing, fonts, etc used within the application.
Users
The Users category on the Administrator Portal provides a list of users/roles. This list is generally provided during Onboarding when QFD interfaces with the clients Single Sign On platform. If clients are not configured to maintain the user list outside of QFD clients can easily add, remove, or modify users through the Administrator Portal. Â
Route
The Route category on the Administrator Portal is utilized for maintaining the service level agreements. Each SLA listed has a goal and deadline set as well as a way to increase urgency to ensure the goal is met. QFD also supports automation and action to take after a goal/deadline is reached for each SLA.Â
Automate
The Automate category on the Administrator Portal serves as the decision tables for specific scenarios. Users can review automated scenarios as well as what conditions/criteria to drive decisions.
Content
The Content category on the Administrator Portal serves as a place to maintain content such as intake questions, letter details, ATM locations.
Accounts
The Accounts category is a subset of accounting rules that tie your credit and debit step to a specific accounting bucket.
