When you click on a step within the Case Rollup the active step tab reveals any active and/or completed assignments related to that step of the process. See the example below:
- The assignment in the example is in the Enhance stage and is residing in the “Claim and Dispute Details” step. The step that contains the active assignment will be displayed to the left of the “Overview” tab as indicated above.
- The name of the assignment is “Provide Acquirer Reference Number”.
- The last completed action that was captured is ExecuteEnrichDataService.
Task View
As of version 3.12, a new, condensed view of tasks is displayed and includes critical information about each task without the vertical scrolling required in previous versions. Each task can be expanded to view the full details associated with it.
In the snapshot above, there are four tasks, the second of which is in expanded mode, while the others are in the default, collapsed mode.
While in collapsed mode, any details that are truncated can be quickly viewed by hovering over the content as shown above for the first item in the list.
