In order to assign users to the appropriate access, we’ll bulk upload users in staging, and then promote those users to production.
Intake is automatically assigned through SSO, so those users don't need to be added to the spreadsheet.
Managers and Admin can add, remove, and alter users, so once the block import is done, we’ll provide a training on user management.
