The Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) requires that when a credit card claim is created, the following questions should be asked in intake but only visible to fulfillment users.  This should be an implementation configuration, by client (FCRA).

  • Is this claim related to credit bureau reporting dispute?
    • Yes
      • Was the dispute received in writing from the consumer or from a credit reporting agency? YES/NO
        • Yes
          • FCRA SLA applies and overrides Reg Z
            • SLA Goal: 25 days (Increase Urgency)
            • SLA Deadline: 30 days
        • No - No changes.
