This system assignment is associated with an SLA, based on the configuration in Pend PC for Documents. When the defined SLA expires, the assignment will auto-resolved and the flow will resume. While active, the following options are available to the user.
Documents Received
This option will allow you to associate an existing attachment, or add a new attachment, to satisfy the document requirement.

For Visa claims, users will be required to select from a list of document types supported by the association. This value will be included when the document is sent to Visa. |
Proceed Without Documents
This action will allow the user to resume the normal flow without providing any supporting documentation.
