Execute ChargebackThe primary action prompts the user to excuse the chargeback in Network Dispute Manager. It provides the below instructions. Once completed the user certifies the action has been completed and completes the assignment. - Access Network Dispute Manager
- Click Create
- Enter the Transaction ID
- Select Search for Transaction ID, then click Search
- Once the transaction is located from Available Actions click on Final Chargeback
- Select Chargeback Reason
- When disputing a partial chargeback update the Chargeback Amount field.
- Attach supporting documentation: Use Select files to upload or Drag and drop functionality.
- Click Submit
Cancel RecoveryThis flow action is available from the Other Actions menu and will cancel the current recovery flow and return the dispute to the Disposition step to take another action. |
