This assignment prompts the user to review a fee identified by the system as potentially applicable to the dispute and determine if it should be refunded in the even the claim is paid.

Review Fee

This action prompts the user to review a fee identified by the system and determine if it should be refunded in the even the claim is paid.  If the user opts to "Refund Fee" refund and there is more than one dispute on the claim, they'll be prompted to identify the dispute that triggered the fee.  This step is optional.  If no dispute is identified, the fee is associated with the claim.
