Understanding the Dashboard

User's Users can use the Work Management Dashboard to review the overall health of the Assignment Groups and prioritize what queue needs to be completed on a daily basis, . Management can update the users user's assignment group or assign multiple Assignment Groups to a users user's operator. Users are able to view a dashboard for each Assignment Group available to their operator.
