Users can use the Work Management Dashboard to review the overall health of the Assignment Groups and prioritize what queue needs to be completed on a daily basis. Management can update the user's assignment group or assign multiple Assignment Groups to a user's operator. Users are able to can view a dashboard for each Assignment Group available to their operator.

Get Next

Work (1)
Similar to the functionality today, clicking Get next work will present the most urgent assignment to the user. The dashboard Get Next Work allows users to select between Assignment Groups they have assigned to their operator. Managers can update the users operator user's profile and add multiple multiple Assignments Groups through the Admin Portal.
When an Assignment Group's queue is cleared, and there is no available work from the Assignment group the below screen will be displayed.
When an Assignment Group is completed, the user can click on the Get Next Work dropdown and select a new Assignment Group to pull the most urgent work.

The Assignment Group section allows users to toggle between Assignment Groups assigned. Users can utilize this dropdown to update the Assignment Summary/Details view important queues that need to be completed.

Summary (3)
After a user selects an Assignment Group the Summary section will update to show the user the number of claims/tasks (assignments) approaching deadline in the next 7 days. Users will have access to view the Summary dashboard view on any Assignment Group they have assigned to their operator.

Dashboard Details (4)
The Dashboard Details section provides a list of details for the Assignment Group. Each section can be expanded to provide users a better understanding of the volume in the queue.

The Team section displays all users assigned to the selected Assignment Group. A manager can also click on the users details to view all assignment groups configurations on that specific user.
Open Tasks
The Open Tasks provides a list of all open tasks in the selected Assignment Group.
