How to complete the File Fraud Alert assignment

  1. To manually file the fraud alert, click the File Fraud Alert button.

    • Using your firm's Ethoca portal, complete the file fraud alert task.

    • Return to QFD and check the box next to "This transaction has been filed as an Ethoca Fraud Alert."

  2. To cancel the current recovery path, select Cancel Collaboration from the Other Options menu.

  3. Click the Apply button.

  4. Click the Process Actions button.
