The Client Config App will develop the framework of how we address your claims - how we process provisional credits, auto approvals, denials, etc., as well the steps and experience of the intake and back office process.

These decisions will be worked out collaboratively on a call with your PM. The business line should attend in order to sufficiently determine the best settings and constraints for your claim processing.
