Overview


Intake users can view the files that have been uploaded to the case, regardless of case status. These files include attachments uploaded by the account holder via email or online banking if enabled, merchant documents regarding the disputed activity, and any files back-office users make visible to the Contact Center

How-To


Step 1: Click the View Case Attachments button. 


Step 2: View the file.

Click the file icon on the left to preview the document.
