Overview
When all available recovery options have been exhausted, or no recovery options are available, this flow is executed to determine if the dispute should be denied or written off. In some cases, a liability decision is passed into the flow and the appropriate path is executed. If no decision is provided, the Process Liability assignment . The calling flow may pass a liability decision from a previous user assignment or system decision. If not, the Final Investigation assignment is generated to prompt a user to make the decision.

Actions
Users can write off or deny the dispute. If available, users can choose to Pursue Recovery from the Other Actions menu.
When a liability decision is set, the action is recorded in the Recovery Action History and the appropriate flow is executed for additional processing.
