If you choose print as your default, if a borrower lacks an email address, or if an email address is invalid, we will mail physical letters to them in regards to their claim.
There are 3 vendor choices to have paper letters printed; you can use the QFD printer - LOB, you can use your own printer, or you can contract a third party for printing.
