Emails are generated and transmitted in near real-time by QFD.  When an email is sent to a customer and the customer responds, that email is received by QFD and stored with the case.  

Because email communication is two way and due to the complexities or policies some organizations have in setting up mailboxes for vendor cloud platforms, Quavo offers an option to host an email server for such communication, as well as letting Quavo host it.

In order to send and receive emails regarding your claims, email will need to be setup. There are 2 3 ways this can be done:

Regarding emailing letters, it’s also important to decide if you’d like an auto-reply email to go out when a claim receives its requested documentation. Image Added
