In order to assign users to the appropriate access, we’ll we can bulk upload users in manually into staging , (and then promote those users to productionproduction, if needed, but typically we rely on SSO).
Intake role/Intake access is automatically assigned through SSO, so those users don't need to be added to the spreadsheet.
