When the system receives a chargeback reject for 5001 it means that the merchant wishes to settle the dispute by providing the customer a credit voucher.  The disputes routes into this flow to prompt the user to review.  The issuer has 4 days to respond to the merchant at which time the dispute will be residing in the Review Credit Voucher assignment.  The issuer can take action and either accept or decline the credit voucher in the Review Credit Voucher assignment.  In the event the issuer does not take action after 4 days the chargeback will be auto send and the dispute is moved forward in the recovery work flow to pend a response from the chargeback.  sent by Mastercard.  QFD will call Mastercard beginning on the 4th day to check credit voucher status.  Once the status is returned as "Processed" it means the chargeback has been sent and QFD will move the dispute ahead in the workflow.
