Auto-Recovery Dependency Delay
When automatic recovery is enabled and one ore more recovery option dependencies are not satisfied, the dispute will pend here, allowing time for the process to complete. This aims to allow required actions like Fraud Reporting and Block & Reissue to be completed before dependencies are evaluated.
