Description

Determine if any fees should be associated with a dispute and refunded to the customer.

Details

The user is prompted to associate the fee with a specific dispute and select one of the following actions.

  • Refund Fee
  • Fee Does Not Apply

Goal: 3 Days; Urgency +5

Deadline: 8 Days; Urgency +5
