Supported Stop Payment Services

When the Stop Payment flow is executed and the Stop Payment Pre-Conditions evaluate to "Auto", this flow is executed to determine what service should be used and to call on that service to perform the support stop payment function.  The Determine Stop Payment Service decision table is evaluated to determine which path is taken in the flow below.

The Visa Pre-Payment Cancellation Service (PPCS) will be retired with 21.2 mandates and replaced by the Visa Stop Payment Service (VSPS).
