Wait for Posting

When a pending transaction is included in a claim, it will remain in the Authorizations step of the Enhance stage until the transaction posts.

Opening the assignment will display a list of transactions that have been posted since the authorization and allow the user to identify the matching record. While the authorization is pending, the following actions are available from the Other Actions menu:

• Still Pending - This action will resume the system pend and the system will continue to check the system of record for possible matches.
• Never Posted - This action will deny the dispute with the reason "Never Posted".
• Deny Dispute - This action will allow the user to deny the dispute for any applicable reason.

To process the assignment, the user MUST select a transaction.  If no transactions are displayed, or if no match is identified, click Cancel and select one of the actions below.
