Introduction to Claim Intake

We've put together interactive e-modules to assist with intake training. These modules are quick guides that provide an introductory glance at the intake questionnaires. Users will complete a short knowledge check or simulated questionnaires. Experience is the best teacher, after all!
Leaders are to communicate to their teams which e-modules to complete based on the relevant claim types.
