Get Next Work

Users are assigned to specific work groups and those work groups are aligned to specific work queues. When a user clicks the "Next Assignment" button near the top-left of the application window, the most urgent assignment in the work queue(s) assigned to them will be presented to the user.

If there is no available work for the user the below screen will be displayed.
