Please be advised that the following configurations are recommended for all QFD accounts.

• Passwords should periodically be changed

  • At minimum every 90 days

  • Anytime there is an incident where a user feels their password was compromised

  • After a security breach

  • If you share access with someone

  • If you discover malware or phishing software
