Overview
When there is a document requirement in claim intake, you will see the Required Actions tab. It's important to explain this tab and it's function to the learner group.


How-To
Step 1: Open the Charged More than Once claim you’ve created
Use the Search bar to locate the Charge More than Once claim by entering the claim ID

Step 2: Place a note on the claim
Place a note on the claim that can be reviewed in training.

Access the Notes hub in the Case Tools
Enter the following in the Subject line:
Pended Dispute <last 4 digits of dispute ID>
Enter the following in the Note box:
Waiting for accountholder to provide required documents, will follow-up on <date in 10 days mm/dd/yy>
Update Visibility to Contact Center
Click the Add button
The note has been added to the claim
