User Tasks Intro Vid.mp4

Assignments are generated based on the claim type, network, and characteristics of the disputed transaction. Most tasks can and will be completed by QFD’s automation, however, it’s integral that we understand what the purpose of each assignment is and know how to successfully complete the required task.

Module 7: Assignment Groups

We'll learn what Assignment Groups are and know how tasks are assigned to us. 

Module 8: Daily Maintenance

We'll review entry-level tasks including Collaboration, Authorization, Enrichment, and Documentation. 

Module 9: Initial Review

We'll learn how to complete the Initial Investigation assignment.

Module 10: Next Recovery Deadline

We'll go through recovery and chargeback tasks including Disposition, Recovery, Fraud Reporting

Module 11: Later Lifecycle Recovery Assignments

We'll understand how to work late-stage tasks by Association.
