Emails are generated and transmitted in near real-time by QFD.  When an email is sent to a customer and the customer responds, that email is received by QFD and stored with the case.  Email is used for both outbound and inbound communication to accountholders throughout the dispute process  

Because email communication is two way and due to the complexities or policies some organizations have in setting up mailboxes for vendor cloud platforms, Quavo offers an option to host an email server for such communication, as well as letting Quavo host it.  Generally Quavo's preference is to simply register a mailbox in the client's existing email infrastructure.
