Emails are generated and transmitted in near real-time by QFD.  When an email is sent to a customer and the customer responds, that email is received by QFD and stored with the case.  Email is used for both outbound and inbound communication to accountholders throughout the dispute process.

In order to send and receive emails regarding your claims, email will need to be setup. There are 2 ways this can be done:
