In order to create and manage your claims, QFD needs to connect to your systems, either system of record (either through your Core directly or your through a custom Middleware), via REST (preferred) or SOAP API . We absorb these API’s via postman, so it’s important they’re in that formatcalls.
The development team will build and test these API calls via Postman, preferably by receiving a complete YAML file containing the various methods, endpoints, authentication requirements, sample requests, and sample responses.
There are a number of API’s API calls that we QFD will need to integrate to, each with a different purpose and for accomplishing a different specific function.
