Core Banking

Core Banking, or Middleware, is where your data lives that is used for claims. In order to create and manage your claims, QFD needs to connect to your system of record (either through your Core directly or through a custom Middleware), via REST (preferred) or SOAP API calls. The development team will build and test these API calls via Postman, and will need to know the various methods, endpoints, authentication requirements, sample requests, and sample responses.
