QFD Environments

QFD produces 2 environments for your use - Staging and Production.

Staging

The Staging Environment, or the test/UAT environment, is the first area in QFD you will be setup for access with. Once APIs are connected, you’ll be able to see your test data in staging.

The Staging Environment is where we release everything we’ve worked on. This is where both teams, QFD and yours, will test items to ensure complete functionality.

Post-Production Items remain in staging for 2 weeks before going to production, unless otherwise discussed.

Production

Once tested fully, items will move from Staging to Production in preparation of Go-Live.

In production, items are live and fully functioning. Therefore, testing should NOT occur in Production. Production is intended solely for real customer claims.

Issues in production should be reported through the Communication Center.

Post-Production items will have 2 weeks review prior to being moved to production.
