Production

Production, or the live environment, is where live claims will be submitted and worked.

Both your Intake and Back Office teams will be functioning in Production. Managers will have production tasks also.

Testing should never occur in Production, though many clients ease into production through a crawl, walk, run approach, which we consider client production validation.
