UAT

Overview

User Acceptance Testing (UAT) is a critical phase in software implementation where the system is tested by end-users to ensure that it meets their needs and functions correctly.

The primary objectives of UAT are:

  1. Validate that the software meets the business requirements and expectations.

  2. Identify issues, defects, or discrepancies.

  3. Verify that the software integrates effectively with other systems.

  4. Confirm that the system performs reliably and efficiently.

The following pages include a testing template for client use and an explanation of Quavo’s testing process.

As you UAT, if you come across any issues, or anything you’d like changed, please compile a list and provide the list to your PM once a week.
