Overview
The homepage is where users land when they log in. When a new claim is initiated or an existing claim is opened, a new tab will open, moving the user from the Home tab to the new tab.
Users can return to this page by clicking on the Home tab, closing out all other tabs, or logging out and then back in.
Homepage Sections
The following are key sections on the homepage.
Dashboard Assignment Group
The Dashboard Assignment Group section allows users to toggle between assignment groups to see the volume of work in each group. This drop-down updates the Assignment Summary bar chart.
Assignment Groups are groups of similar user tasks. These are often referred to as work baskets or work queues.

Assignment Summary
After a user selects an assignment group from the Dashboard Assignment Group drop-down, the bar chart will update to show the number of claims and tasks (assignments) approaching the deadline in the next seven days. The bar chart also reflects the total volume of claims in and tasks in the selected assignment group, as well.

The number of claims and tasks that will reach the deadline in the next seven days.
Day (X-axisWhat it mean tho)
The next seven days, with 0 being today, 1 being tomorrow, and so on.
Open Task Summary
The Open Tasks Summary section provides a list of all open user tasks in the selected assignment group from the Dashboard Assignment Group. This section breaks down the total volume of work by assignment.

Get Next Work
Similar to the functionality today, clickingClicking Get next work will present the most urgent assignment to the user. The dashboard Get Next Work drop-down allows users to select between Assignment Groups they have assigned to their operator. Managers can update the users operator and add multiple Assignments Groups through the Admin Portal. the assignment group they wish to work from based on the assignment groups they have available. Users can seamlessly switch between assignment groups in real-time using this drop-down.

This section shows the five most recently viewed claims. Click on any of the claims to open it in a new tab.
