Transactions 

The Transactions tool allows users to view all transaction activity on the selected account by grabbing up-to-date information from the core system. Cover the user views and the association results.

Users can edit the transaction grid to fit their preferences.

How to Edit the Transaction Grid

  1. Open the Transactions tool

  2. Click the Fields button to reveal the customization menu

  3. Check/uncheck the desired data points

  4. Click the Fields button a second time to close out of the customization menu

  5. To save the user's edits, click the Default view button

  6. Select Save as new view

  7. Name the new view
    Image Added

  8. The view has been saved and whenever the Transactions tool is opened, the preferred data will be present in the transaction grid

Association Results

Association Results reflect rich transaction details from the association. These results do not include authorizations or denied transactions that have not posted. Reviewing this information can be helpful in understanding the account holder's spending norms as part of the investigation.

How to View Association Results

  1. Check the box next to "Include association results?"

  2. If prompted, select the card number by clicking in the field then pressing the down arrow on your keyboard

  3. Click the Search button

  4. Click the <Association> Results tab

  5. Users can filter the data displayed using the Fields button

  6. If there are no association results available, users will see an empty grid
