Users Users are assigned to specific work groups and those workgroups work groups are aligned to specific work queues as described in the Organization chapter. When a user clicks the "Next Assignment" button near the top-left of the application window, the most urgent assignment in the work queue(s) assigned to them will be presented to the user.
