An issuer may withdraw its Arbitration attempt within 7 calendar days from the Visa acknowledgement date and will be assigned financial liability. If a case is withdrawn, Visa will debit or credit through Visa Resolve Online (VROL) the Member accepting responsibility, if necessary, based on the final determination of responsibility for the dispute amount.
