The Case Filing Status flow includes the necessary activities for retrieving details about arbitration and compliance cases. When arbitration has been executed and RTSI is enabled, this flow is called from Visa Arbitration Response to retrieve the status of the case filing from Visa Resolve Online (VROL). The Pend Case Filine Service assignment is displayed in the Recovery step while the service call is completed. If the service call fails after multiple attempts, the Execute Arbitration Service Failed assignment is generated and prompts a user to complete the action or retry the service
