When enabled, this feature delays provisional credit and and refund fee accounting accounting operations as well as interest calculation for a specified period of time. This feature is typically enabled in environments that are not multi-card and where a recently blocked and reissued card will not accept any maintenance operations until account setup is complete, which can sometimes take up to 4 days. This feature is only available for fraud, credit card claims.
