When enabled, this feature delays provisional credit and refund fee accounting operations as well as interest calculation for a specified period of time.  This feature is typically enabled in environments that are not multi-card and where a recently blocked and reissued card will not accept any maintenance operations until account setup is complete, which can sometimes take up to 4 days.  This feature is only available for fraud, credit card claims.

When enabled, the system will add the specified number of days to the date that the block and reissue was completed and delay the supported accounting operations until that date.

Confguration

D_ImplConfig.NewAccountUseDelayDays determines the number of days that accounting operations are delayed beyond the block and reissue date.

D_ImplConfig.IsNewAccountUseDelayBusinessDays determines whether the setting in D_ImplConfig.NewAccountUseDelayDays is applied in calendar or business days.
