Overview
TheFollow tool provides a simple way to return to the case at a later time. Following the case will sticky the claim ID under the Recents section on the left sidebar, allowing quick access to the followed claim.
Users can use the Follow function when they need to access the case again soon. For example, if the user is waiting a few days for the account holder to provide a receipt, the user can follow the case so that it's easy to access on the expected upload date.
Use any claim to show this function.

Simply click Unfollow to unstick the case to the left sidebar.
