Benefits of using this Addon
(BIX). Using this addon allows for the use of QFD's data in a warehouse or similar analytics environment. This allows clients to join information with other systems or perform advanced calculations.
What does it replace?
This replaces any data feeds that currently exist for dispute purposes.
What phase is this recommended in?
Typically this is recommended for the second phase of release. This can be moved to the first phase if it is a high priority, but it can distract from delivery of the overall system in smaller organizations.
How long from phase kickoff can this be implemented?
Extracts can be produced within about a month of phase kickoff. Consumption of the extracts and understanding the data model is dependent on client timelines.

Best Practices
QFD's out of box reporting is realtime real-time and great for operational analysis and some light strategic reporting, but for an organization that wants to do deep analysis on disputes data, we recommend doing most of that type of reporting out of the system that BIX is feeding.
BIX files are retained by Quavo for 30 days.
