OptionApplicability

Only available for unduly enriched disputes (disputes on credit transactions).
Only available for disputes on debit transactions.


In addition to the recovery options mentioned here, users have the option of pursuing a request via the Pend option menu.  Once a response is received, a user may return to recovery to process a recovery option.
